Training services
Prime can offer a wide range of training courses for Engineers. If your own engineers need training, either for full installation or refresher course, Prime can deliver this.

We can offer direct user handset training, or train the trainer sessions, enabling the customer to deliver their own training from a core group of internal staff.


Handset Training
We cover all aspects of handset training, including all call features, voicemail, and call centre. We know that many customers require bespoke features tailored to suit their needs, so we design trainings sessions to suit your customer’s requirements. Prime can offer personalised electronic user guides to meet yout customer's neeeds. Alongside handset training, we offer desktop CTI training, such as Xarios Phone Manager, and CSM Callviewer. Training sessions can be delivered to up to eight delegates per session lasting up to one hour.

Call Centre Training
This training for supervisors, managers and administrators. We provide delegates with all the information required to run reports from their Call Centre package, and cover the features specific to their software. These could be configuring wall boards, viewing historical reports, manipulating incoming calls in real time to agents, exporting data for publication. Training sessions can be delivered to up to four delegates per session and require a minimum of half day depending on the complexity of the Call Centre.

System Administration Training
Many customers like to have the ability to administer their own phone system. This maybe for a switchboard operator to complete basic tasks such as name changes, hunt group changes etc. Or for IS support to carry our more technical aspects of programming and basic fault finding. Training session can be delivered to up to three delegates per session and require a minimum booking of half a day. Training may last up to two days, depending on the complexity of the system and depth of training required.

Operator Console
Switchboard operators will receive one-to-one training on how to handle incoming and outgoing calls. Prime recommend training takes place prior to system commissioning with dummy lines being used. We will also offer “go-live” support, were our trainer will sit with the switchboard operator. Go-live support takes a minimum of half a day.

Engineer Training
Prime has a lot of experience in delivering internal training to internal engineering teams. We have three day training plans, that include practical work and assemssments. We can work with you beforehand to tailor these to your exact needs, and also offer sales and product introductory training.
