PBX Installation and Maintenance
All our engineers are accredited. Prime can offer Engineering Design and Pre-Stage if this is a requirement, or intelligent hands for installation and commissioning. We will work with your own engineering base if this is required to provide additional support during commissioning. Prime can offer remote or on-site support for customer maintenance or moves, adds and changes.

LAN Hardware Installation and Maintenance
We can provide a full rip and replace of a customer’s infrastructure to ensure the network is fully QoS enabled to implement a VOIP solution and cover them for future expansion. If your customer requires additional work from new edge switches to LAN extensions then Prime can provide either as intelligent hands on site to rack, stack and test the equipment, or to fully configure and install. If you require an engineer to visit, diagnose, replace and reconfigure LAN hardware or servers Prime will be on hand to provide expert engineer on-site support.

Cabling
A Business' network infrastructure is the back bone to its communications, supporting voice and data. Prime can review and design your wiring infrastructure and create a stable and efficient foundation for your network and phone system. Stability of a network depends not only on the quality of its components, but also on the quality of the cabling installation. Each network infrastructure is installed and tested by trained quality assurance engineers. Prime can install CAT5, CAT6 Cabling, Telecommunications voice links, and Fibre Optics.
