Project Management Our dedicated team of project managers will take the lead on the installation of any on-site work. They will liaise with the customer in organising engineering teams and training and will be the main point of contact. The project will be led using PRINCE2 methodology and the latest management tools available. On completion, which will include formal acceptance by the customer, there will be an official handover when all supporting documentation will be provided ready for the start of the support contract.
Pre-Sales support Our technical pre-sales engineers will attend all meeting that would require an expert in their chosen field. Your sales teams no longer need to have the most up to date technical knowledge in order to make a successful sale. We can provide this resource for you.

Audits and Surveys Prime offer 3 different surveys
Existing PBX Audit – Do you need to know what existing hardware and software a customer is currently using in order to make an accurate quote for a replacement system? Are you trying to put a quote together for maintenance but are unsure of the equipment on-site? We will attend the customer's site and fully document the existing PBX estate providing you with a detailed report within 24 hours.
LAN Survey – Do you have a customer who wants to deploy VoIP but is unsure if the current infrastructure is up to it? Do you have a customer who has repeated issues with call quality and can't diagnose why? Our LAN surveys use the latest monitoring software that will generate a detailed report on where issues lie and where improvements can be made.
Wireless Survey – Whether you are trying to add wifi to an office or eliminate black spots in an existing network our wireless surveys will give you a detailed report of where improvements can be made. Using the latest in wifi technology and custom written software we can accurately survey your customer's sites and advise exactly where access points need to be installed for guaranteed coverage.
